What is the difference between soft washing and power washing?+
It comes down to how much force the surface can take. Soft washing uses low pressure and detergents to clean delicate surfaces like roofs, stucco and siding without damage. Power washing uses high pressure for tough surfaces like concrete and pavers. We match the right method to every surface, so you get a deep clean without a cracked tile or water forced behind the siding.
Why do Florida roofs get those black streaks?+
Those streaks are Gloeocapsa magma, a living algae that thrives in Florida's heat and humidity and feeds on the limestone filler in your shingles. A pressure wash only blasts the surface and can damage the roof. Our soft-wash treatment kills the algae at the root, so it clears up and stays clean far longer.
